Thank you for purchasing KNAOZ product. KNAO has been creating, designing and manufacturing innovative, footwear machines since 1977, When you enter the world of KNAOZ you not only enjoy a high-quality product, you receive world-class, after-sales customer service.
Your satisfaction is a concern to KNAOZ and constitutes KNAOZ’s utmost priority.
Your product is guaranteed 1 years (for entire machine) and 6 months (for main electrical parts like motors and compressors) from the date of Proforma Invoice issued exclusively against manufacturing defects in workmanship and/or material under the conditions described in this Warranty Statement.
This warranty extends only to the original end user of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse or overload of the product in a manner contrary to accompanying instructions, neglect, alteration, accidental damage, natural wear and tear or transport damage (by an airline or a sea for example).
KNAOZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PERSONAL ITEMS, COSTS OF RENTING REPLACEMENTS AND OTHER ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, EVEN IF KNAOZ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW KNAOZ DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
